Abstract

[Machine translation] As part of a project, which involved school teachers, Primary school and researchers in mathematics education, have been, designed, analyzed and discussed educational paths of character, multidisciplinary. This paper presents an activity in, To which the teacher introduced the concept of population density, using concrete and manipulable artifacts. This case study, It represents an example of practices and reflections related to some, aspects related to a teacher's knowledge and convictions, on teaching and learning mathematics and in, particular on modeling activities, on the use of artifacts, concrete and on the multidisciplinary approach in primary school.
