Abstract
[Machine translation] The contribution considers the decision no. 198/2021 of the Constitutional Court, relating to the Prime Ministerial Decree adopted in execution of Decree-Law No. 19 of 2020. It highlights how the solution proposed by the Court is not entirely convincing compared to the consolidated categories of public law on emergency acts.
