Abstract
[Machine translation] Tourism represents a phenomenon of great interest that includes and mobilizes a whole series of activities, subjects and professions, with important and obvious repercussions on the social, cultural, economic and political levels. Precisely because of the undeniable strategic value of the tourism sector, the Italian legislator has promoted various regulatory interventions aimed at regulating it. The article aims to illustrate and compare the legislation on tourism in force in the regions of Liguria and Piedmont.
