Abstract

[Machine translation] The article proposes a commentary at first reading on the recent decision adopted by the Conference, ministerial meeting of the World Trade Organization, on 17 June 2022, in Geneva, relative, to the derogability of patents on Covid vaccines. Once the contents of this act have been examined, they are compared with the precedent of the so-called Doha 'Special System' and some provisional ones are formulated, evaluations about the contribution of the Geneva decision to the fight against the pandemic, especially to, In light of the references contained in it to international cooperation programs for dissemination, vaccinations., The article comments on the recent decision adopted by the Ministerial Conference of the World, Trade Organization, on June 17, 2022, in Geneva, concerning the flexibility about intellectual property rules about Covid-19 vaccines. It examines the contents of the decision, compares them with, the Doha “special system” and propose some provisional assessments regarding the contribution of, the Geneva decision to the fight against the pandemic, especially in light of the references it contains, to international cooperation programs for the dissemination of vaccinations
