Abstract
[Machine translation] The subject of this work is the analysis of the European Commission Communication of February 1, 2023 on the Green Deal Business Plan for the era of zero net emissions. The objective is to highlight the main components of the new European industrial policy, adopted to support the energy transition and to further implement the European Green Deal, but also to respond to recent initiatives of a similar nature by the United States and China. The contribution focuses, in particular, on the measures proposed by the Commission and on the impact that these could have on the integrity of the internal market and on the equal conditions of European economic operators. The same measures are then also examined from the point of view of the international regulation of grants and the repercussions that they may have on the international trading system.
