Abstract
Perché tante polemiche sul Memorandum of Understanding tra Italia e Cina? La firma di un paese fondatore della Nato e dell’Unione europea è un successo per la politica estera cinese. Per il nostro paese sono chiari i costi politici, meno i benefici.
