Abstract
[Machine translation] The article explains in detail a Lesson Study training experience with the intention of showing how active collaboration between teachers has allowed teachers to refine both their analytical skills and their awareness of their role in managing communication dynamics in the classroom, with obvious repercussions on the quality of the didactic discussion. After briefly illustrating the lesson study as a training model and its declination within the Observing Interlingua project, the contribution describes the didactic design process and analyzes the main repercussions on international class dynamics.
