Abstract

[Machine translation] Chronic HCV hepatitis is often accompanied by unspecific symptoms that include fatigue and, persistent malaise, with a consequent loss of productivity in the wearer. The number of days, work lost in a year varies depending on the severity of the disease: 18 days are assumed for chronic hepatitis,, 70 for cirrhosis, 90 for hepatocarcinoma, 180 for transplantation, while for patients undergoing treatment, pharmacological with dual therapy, the lost days amount to 50.
