Abstract

[Machine translation] The decision to approach in a defined and specialized way the complex and articulated “world” of calls and European planning, in particular, and of European programming, in general, came as an idea and proposal of the ARS.UNI.VCO Association in the face of the observation that the continuous request for insights, information, updates on these issues is now a necessary corollary with which it is essential to deal with., This particular situation also derives, and perhaps above all, from the need to identify different and alternative financing routes compared to the usual lines that we could call “institutional” pursued until now (requests for contributions at the local level); lines that in the current phase of economic and institutional crisis are precisely no longer, to date, able to respond adequately to the ever increasing requests for financing of development projects, which in some cases tend, due to the necessary contingency, more than anything else to find funds to finance the ordinary., It therefore becomes necessary and appropriate, for each territory, to network and equip itself with a system that knows how to respond to the requests of all those subjects, public and private, who require increasingly updated and specialized professionalism in the wide sector of European design and also the knowledge of the operating system of European programming, as complex and articulated as the other.
