Abstract
[Machine translation] The essay examines the fundamental aspects that the notary must necessarily take into account when he is asked to issue an act aimed at transferring privately owned funds subject to civic uses so as to offer this daily legal operator, legitimately called to dispense certainties, a sort of agile operational guide that can benefit him when notary activity intersects - without being ruined - with the aforementioned uses.
