Abstract
[Machine translation] The investigation is aimed at exploring the complexity of the category of generative norms of international obligations in relation to the prospects of interposition in the judgment of constitutional legitimacy, to those already established and to those that could be reversed, given the prescriptive potential of art. 117 I co., with the main objective of testing what the repercussions could be in the physiology of constitutional justice.
