Abstract
[Machine translation] The paper analyzes the right to information, comparing the discipline established by the Italian legal system with that provided for by the legal system of the Republic of Estonia, highlighting their affinity and differences, in order to highlight the centrality of this right for the concrete implementation of digital policies related to public administration.
