Abstract
[Machine translation] Retraced the main stages of regulatory evolution in terms of foundations of, banking origin, in the study we focus on the discipline applicable to them in the case, of merger, examining, in particular, the compatibility of the provisions set out in, artt. 2501 ss. c.c., In the contribution, in addition to providing a first answer to the interpretative questions that, they raise, the concrete solutions adopted in the first operations are illustrated, of mergers carried out between banking foundations in our country.
