Abstract
[Machine translation] After having proposed a brief examination of the regulatory context of reference, an attempt is made to systematically summarize the issue of the main negative impacts on sustainability factors; we will start from an argument on policies for risk management and negative externalities and then address the PAI synthetic indicators in a more structured way, and in a purely economic-business key.
