Abstract
[Machine translation] One of the characteristics inherent to business activity is dynamism, which is also reflected in the evolution of the legal instruments used in the field of exchanges and commercial operations and imposes that flexibility and imagination that are necessary to face (and sometimes anticipate) the changing scenarios of the market. In this perspective, the business contracts sector represents a real challenge for the interpreter, called to identify - among the provisions already present in the legal system - the rules necessary to fill the regulatory gaps that, of course, result from the use of innovative contractual forms and the “hybridization” of pre-existing ones. The manual, despite the agility required by dealing with the sector, takes into account, in addition to the general discipline, the peculiar profiles and exegetical junctions of business contracts, with an always attentive look at the innovations gained in commercial practice and the stimuli coming from the needs of the market.
