Abstract
[Machine translation] The contribution analyzes the participation in the downward phase of the process of European integration of the Regions of Sardinia and Sicily. From the examination of national and regional legislation, it will be seen how European law has been implemented thanks to the collaboration between a plurality of regional sources. In the same perspective, particular attention will be paid to two case studies: that of the implementation of the so-called Habitat directive and the so-called IPPC directive.
