Abstract

[Machine translation] The contribution analyzes the participation in the downward phase of the European integration process of the Marche and Emilia-Romagna regions, deepening, in particular, the tools and institutions that govern the adoption of European regional law. In the same perspective, particular attention will be paid to two case studies: that of the implementation of the so-called Habitat directive and the so-called IPPC directive, The paper analyzes the implementation of European law in Marche and Emilia-Romagna focusing on the regional implementing regulations law. In doing so, two case studies will be examined: the implementation of the so-called Habitats EU Directive and the transposition of the so-called IPPC EU Directive.
