Abstract
[Machine translation] The spread of Covid19 has undoubtedly generated an amplification of the concerns aroused by climate and environmental emergencies. The result is a geography that, while in a global perspective it presents characteristics of homogeneity, on a local and regional scale reveals diversified dynamics and speed: and this both with reference to the negative implications produced by the crisis and the pandemic, and in relation to the policies adopted at European and international levels from a sustainable perspective. The needs of the territories have changed and at the same time the relationships between the economic and social actors that determine their evolutionary trajectories. Despite the sharing of macro objectives dictated by the UN 2030 Agenda, and highlighted by the European strategy related to the Green Deal, there are numerous critical issues in Italy, such that the relaunch of investments and the attention to environmental policies must go hand in hand with a green and circular economy. From many quarters, a synergistic intervention by the Government, Institutions and Social Partners is invoked to invest in strategic sectors, including research and training, generating new “green” skills, oriented to the protection of the environment and sustainability according to an interdisciplinary approach. In this context, the work aims to present strategies and actions with which the University of Eastern Piedmont is addressing the issues of environment and sustainability, highlighting in particular how the design of two new degree programs allows the condensation and fertilization of endogenous and exogenous forces, including innovative methods and geographical routes. This integrated vision favors the consolidation of the processes of migration to sustainability on various levels, from civil society to the industrial context, from schools to non-profit and the third sector, in order to initiate a process of accompanying the sustainability tour court of the entire society in a harmonious and synergistic way.
