Abstract
[Machine translation] Policies against immigrants from non-EU countries represent an important issue that, however, often boils down to an ideological clash. In particular, problems related to trafficking in human beings, hiding and reception require support actions that make it possible to find alternative legal channels of help, especially for those most in need of protection. Humanitarian corridors represent current forms of cooperation aimed at supporting values and actions that place people and territories at the center, in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda and its objectives. The coordinated Italian ones allowed, from 2016 to 2022, almost five thousand people from different countries to arrive in Italy or another European country legally and safely.
