Abstract
[Machine translation] This contribution is dedicated to the study of the wetland contract, a particular type of ecological contract concluded recently in the Vercelli area, analyzing in particular how this legal institution turns out to be an instrument of shared environmental administration aimed at the participatory co-management of natural capital — capable of also raising some questions in relation to the issue of the legal subjectivity of nature.
