Abstract
[Machine translation] The article examines the monastic presence in Vercelli and its territory, from the early Middle Ages to the central centuries, analyzing the historical development of monasticism in the area. Reflections are proposed from a topographic and archaeological perspective on material structures, as well as an examination of the forms of economic and asset management implemented by the foundations studied.
