Abstract

[Machine translation] The article describes the development of feminist jurisprudence in the American landscape. The first part describes the three schools of classical feminist jurisprudence. The second part shows how they have merged into post-modern feminist jurisprudence. The third part highlights a further contemporary evolution of feminist legal studies.
