Abstract
Derivatizing biomolecules with transition‐metal fragments can be a useful approach to some biochemical problems, for example in labeling hormone receptors. The estradiol derivatives 1–4 deactivate the estradiol receptor to varying degrees, allowing conclusions to be drawn concerning the chemical environment of the binding site. (Figure Presented.)
