A wide selection of the full interviews collected during the research can be consulted in the “Granaries of Memory”, in a special archive dedicated to traditional Italian espresso. The overall result of the research work is the video documentary Espresso, an Italian tradition, and a series of nine thematic videos that narrate, with a wealth of content, how espresso coffee is a purely Italian cultural tradition.
