Abstract

[Machine translation] When examining the problem of bribery in Greek law, it must be borne in mind that the crime of bribery is a creation of the current Italian legal system and is therefore not provided for not only in ancient rights, but not even in contemporary ones, which instead include it in the case of corruption. The behaviors that today fall under the concussion were, however, present in ancient Greece, as evidenced by some anecdotes contained in the Economics attributed to Aristotle.
