[Machine translation] The article seeks to elaborate an innovative perspective on the concept of custom, starting from Hayek's economic theory and Robilant's philosophical-legal theory, Legendre's legal aesthetics, Gallo's Romanesque perspective and Damasio and Panksepp's affective neuroscience, read through the philosophy of vichian law.
