Abstract
[Machine translation] In this article, the author reflects on the theme of “recognition of the other” within constitutional law, starting from the mandatory duty of solidarity in all its forms: vertical and horizontal, institutionalized and spontaneous. The A. also reflects on the reasons for the crisis of solidarity, especially in its version of horizontal duty, and on the consequent dissolution of the social bond, proposing its recovery through a return and a restoration of meaning to constitutional duties.
