Abstract

[Machine translation] These pages present the results of a study conducted on the written narratives of primary school children. The purpose of the research was to evaluate the effects of an educational experiment aimed at developing students' narrative writing skills through activities to observe the linguistic-discursive properties of oral and written texts. Two fourth classes took part in the educational course, carried out during the academic year 2016/2017 as part of the Observing the Interlingua project (https://interlingua.comune.re.it/), while two other classes of the same year served as a control group., The study intended to detect if and to what extent participation in educational experimentation had an impact on the management of orality in writing, that is, if the students of the experimental group, at the end of the teaching course, had made use of the speech reported in a significantly different way from those of the control group.
