Abstract
[Machine translation] Through a taxonomy of new forms of continuity, in part already emerged in practice,, the Author shows how the traditional dichotomy between continuity and liquidation is increasingly less suitable, to describe crisis trajectories characterized by subsequent attempts, arrests and restarts. The contribution, It then questions itself on the banks of a merely repetitive or delaying continuity, identifying possible, systemic corrections in the enhancement of the attrition, in the dynamic application of the principle, of the no creditor worse off and in a non-identifying conception of continuity, oriented to, memory of the crisis and the non-deteriorative protection of creditors.
