Abstract
[Machine translation] The order to send the documents to the Constitutional Court in the proceedings for the facts relating to the death of Giulio Regeni marks a breaking point in the complex trial case. Through the articulated passages of the decision of the G.U.P. of the Court of Rome, an interpretative path is imagined that can ensure - beyond the outcome of the judgment of constitutional legitimacy of art. 420-bis, paragraphs 2 and 3, of the Italian Civil Code - also a turning point compared to the long stagnation that has taken place.
