Abstract
[Machine translation] The contribution, after briefly recalling the main changes made by Legislative Decree no. 136/2024 to Legislative Decree no. 14/2019 in order to rationalize and reorganize the code regulations for business crisis and insolvency, questions the remaining empty spaces and seeks to interpretively reconstruct the missing cards.
