Abstract
[Machine translation] The chapter examines in the first instance the definitions and general characteristics of family businesses, highlighting their strengths and weaknesses. Subsequently, the specific characteristics of family businesses operating in the HCV sector were explored. Finally, the results of the research conducted on case studies of companies in the sector were highlighted. During the case study, particular attention was paid to the relationship between entrepreneurship, managerialization and the professionalization of companies., This research makes it possible to advance studies on companies in the HCV sector, deepening the peculiarities of the companies involved in family-based studies. The development of studies on entrepreneurship, managerialization and professionalization of companies in the sector is also significant. A greater impact is assumed for the national scientific community and for actors in the HCV sector, especially of a family nature.
