Abstract
[Machine translation] It is likely that the 2021 mini-reform will not leave unchanged the terms of the troubled question of the applicability or not of the doctrinal and jurisprudential rule of the BJR to the obligations regarding Or.Am.Co. structures., The essay, after a brief reconstruction of the state of the art, aims to establish the coordinates of the rewritten debate and to formulate some notation “of method” rather than “on the merits” to be submitted to the attention of the scientific community.
