Abstract
[Machine translation] The article, comparing the French and Italian models of secularism, intends to reflect on whether the legislative policies and especially the regulatory models and techniques used to regulate the phenomena of religious pluralism imply a different political-social design. In particular, the essay intends to reflect on whether it is more appropriate to marry and use a model of selective secularism or, on the contrary, a model inspired by the principle of cohesion, or whether it is more desirable, in the logic of living together, to tend towards diversity or social homogeneity.
