Abstract
[Machine translation] The volume analyzes some elements of transformation of public libraries and the reading experience, in relation to the dissemination of digital technologies and artificial intelligence tools. The first part examines the bibliographic space of the library, embodied in physical space, deeply interpenetrated with the infosphere of which it is part, and within which the boundaries of the bibliographic universe have become uncertain and porous. These phenomena are reflected in the practices of using space and collections, and make it necessary to reflect that highlights the factors of change that manifest themselves in space and in people's minds. In the second part, starting from the analysis of the Reading (&) Machine project, the basic characteristics of virtual reality and recommendation systems are discussed. The essay is completed by some considerations on the design and construction of other and hybrid spaces, within which the physical and the virtual interact in modulating people's perception and informational behavior.
