Abstract

[Machine translation] A simple and complete presentation of the topics and a clear and rigorous treatment are the salient characteristics of this work that leads to the learning of Human Anatomy, modulating the subject through different levels of study, according to the student's needs or interests. The fundamental notions are presented in an exhaustive and stimulating way from a graphic point of view, always with the support of summary diagrams, in the columns next to the text, to facilitate the study and review of the topics. A large iconographic apparatus is integrated with the text, through images, drawings and graphics that promote visual learning. Summaries and summary tables open the discussion of the various topics, to visualize the fundamental pivotal points. Minor body texts deal with the most in-depth treatment of topics, such as notions of topographic anatomy, vascularization and innervation, microscopic morphology, functional anatomy and clinical anatomy. In the web area: Self-assessment exercises; Flash card, silent images with legends to guide the recognition of anatomical structures; Access to the digital version of the book.
