Abstract
[Machine translation] The contribution is based on the recent reform of articles 9 and 41 of the Italian Constitution. In particular, special attention is paid to the changes made to the original system of Article 9 and therefore to the introduction of environmental protection within it, identifying the profiles of harmonization, but also of problematic composition, with the protection of the landscape and the historical and artistic heritage of the country. Finally, the article underlines that the introduction of environmental protection among the fundamental principles of the Constitution is also configured as a significant innovation on a cultural level.
