Abstract
[Machine translation] This contribution is part of a larger research (5), still in, course, which collects information about the characteristics of companies that, access the procedure, the management of the admission process with highlighting, of the work of the certifier, the role of the judicial bodies, the costs and the results, relating to the execution of the composition., These pages present the analysis of a significant number of companies, in crisis (835 cases) who have requested access to the preventive agreement in front, to the Court of Milan. The results and some factual elements are then evaluated, with, the objective of verifying how creditor protection is combined with conservation, of the value of the company., This is obviously an analysis focused on space and that uses, descriptive rather than inferential statistical techniques. Nevertheless, it can be, considered a first step towards a greater understanding of the strengths and limitations of, agreed, also useful in view of future regulatory developments.
