Abstract
A few dialkylaminoalkyl substituted ethers and oximes structurally related to classical H2-antagonists have been synthesized and tested for their in vitro (guinea pig isolated atrium) H2-antagonistic activities. Some of them are inactive others display activity. Structure-activity relationships are also discussed.
