Abstract
[Machine translation] The issue of agreements between public authorities and individuals relating to the exercise of administrative powers has been and is the subject of a heated doctrinal and jurisprudential debate, with significant repercussions also in terms of administrative practice. The essay analyzes the contribution that Giuseppe Pericu made to this debate and evaluates the results also in the light of the subsequent evolution of the case law.
