Description
Il progetto BIOURBAN-IMON, secondo le tematiche dello Spoke 5, ha lo scopo di definire, validare e applicare in contesti reali un innovativo approccio integrato multi-taxa per il monitoraggio automatizzato e la rilevazione della biodiversità in ambiente urbano. L'obiettivo è sviluppare un tool che integri sequenziamento del DNA ambientale e applicazione di tecniche di analisi spaziale per produrre mappe distributive di specie di interesse, ovvero di mappe della ricchezza specifica potenziale.
