Engineered 4D-bioprinted conductive cardiac patch to REVIVE cardiomyocytes

Project: Research

Project Details

Description

The "4D-REVIVE" project addresses the global health challenge of myocardial infarction (MI) by developing a multifunctional cardiac patch. Using a multidisciplinary approach, the project aims to rejuvenate dormant cardiomyocytes, regenerate cardiac tissue, and mitigate arrhythmia through innovative engineering and regenerative medicine. By integrating cutting-edge 4D bioprinting technology, the project designs minimally invasive cardiac patches with transformative potential for heart tissue recovery.
