Project Details

Description

The first goal of this project is to develop novel biocompatible nanoparticles targeting Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC). These nanoparticles are engineered to improve tumor penetration, reduce side effects, and allow MRI-based tracking. The second goal is to characterize PDAC microenvironments and stromal features through molecular and imaging analyses. The proposed approach combines therapy and diagnostics to overcome current treatment limitations.
